Client Reviews
“We needed a new mailbox and post rather urgently and contacted The Mail Box Doctor. They were wonderfully accommodating and arranged the installation for the very next day, which was much appreciated.
Rick Lusardo was thoroughly professional and clearly very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and, importantly, took the time to explain what had caused the previous post to become uprooted and what could be done to ensure the new installation was properly secured.
Everything was handled with great care and efficiency, from the initial arrangements through to the installation itself. A genuinely excellent service — professional, courteous and refreshingly straightforward. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Mail Box Doctor.”
— Swarada Chitale“Mailbox Doctor is competitively priced, quality products and Extremely responsive - installed mailbox and post the next day. Rick was professional and sent pictures of his work - he is delightful to work with.”
— Chuck Hill“Rick you are simply THE BEST. We are so appreciative of the work you did for my father (he wanted to buy you lunch) - He is a 92 year old senior who needs functioning people like you to guide such hard tasks as the mailbox. He is obsessed with watching the mail come, so your assistance to minimize our confusion and get the job done in hard circumstances really matters to us; and we deeply appreciate you. Thank you - you make a difference in people's lives.”
